Sage & Sprig Nottingham is a vintage & classic wedding car transport service with a 1957 VW Split Screen, operating from Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.  We cover approximately 30 miles from central Nottingham.

On your big day, Sage & Sprig Nottingham will adorn our VW Campervan with ribbon and faux flowers and stock it with everything you may need for your journey to the aisle. A large white umbrella for the unpredictable British weather, a blanket, tissues in case emotions are high, mints, hair grips, and more are all provided.

 

Although we do not have a drinks license, we will happily supply a crate and champagne flutes if you bring your own tipple. We will arrive with plenty of time to spare and provide a live tracker link so you know precisely where we are. We will await you after the ceremony for another drive to your reception venue or to be a delightful backdrop for professional portraits.

 

Sage & Sprig Nottingham also offers fun outdoor garden games and an audio guestbook in the same colour palette as our VW for your guests to leave loving digital messages throughout the day - a heartwarming keepsake.

Q - I want to hire a Vintage & Classic VW Split Screen Campervan for my transport and wedding day car in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, UK.

A - We offer a 4 hour classic & vintage Nottingham wedding car transport & VW camper van hire with a driver in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.  This allows us to transport guests from their initial address onwards on your wedding day to church or venue.  It is important that we plan in time for traffic and photos (if desired with your wedding photographer).

Q - I want to hire a campervan wedding car to drive to my wedding myself

A - We offer our vehicle with a driver only, it would be nice to hire it out, but it is just far too precious so we are unable to offer a self drive hire.

Q - I want to Hire an Audio Guestbook for my wedding day in Nottingham

A - We give exclusive use of our Audio Guestbook to our customers.  Our vintage phone station gives your guests the opportunity to leave an audio recording for keepsake.

Q - I want to hire Outdoor Garden Games & Lawn Games, Nottingham

A - Along with the hiring of the vehicle we also have a full set of Giant Wedding Reception Lawn games for hire.  This can be added to the booking and more details can be found here. We have Giant Jenga, Giant Connect4, Cornhole, Hoopla, Tin Can Alley and many more...

Q - My wedding is on a weekend. Can I book for longer than 4 hours?

A - We charge £50 per hour after the 4 hour service and this must be agreed beforehand. This tariff covers the driver cost and time.  We can discuss this further upon booking.

Q - Can I book for less than 4 hours?

A - Our minimum hire time is 4 hours. This covers travel to the collection address, travel to the venue and reception where appropriate.  We will always work with you to ensure you get the most out of the camper with photos and your guests to enjoy.

Q - How many passengers can the vehicle hold?

A - We can seat one passenger in the front and 4-5 passengers in the rear of the van.  Comfortably the vehicle will travel with 4-5 passengers in total.

Q - Can children travel?

A - We have one bench seat in the front which can be used for a suitable child seat.  The seat must have an anchor point for the lap belt at the rear of the seat and self restrained shoulder straps on the seat itself. Please contact us to discuss this as it may depend on the journey, roads and routes required.  Clearly, safety is our priority and where at all possible please arrange for small children to travel separately.

Q - What distance do you service?

A - We will work with a radius of approximately 30 miles from the city centre for the first pickup

Q - Can I hire you for a prom?

A - Sadly not, we do not have a taxi license so unable to hire out for proms

Q - Can we bring our own drinks on board?

A - Yes, however we are unable to provide alcohol as we do not have a licence but we can supply you with the glasses!
