Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit will secure the date with completion and return of our booking form here [available in PDF and Word format].  A deposit can be paid via BACS or we can arrange an invoice to pay at your convenience.  You can pay with all cards, credit cards and the payment provider allows for PayPal Credit should you want to spread the payment.

We have a number of options to help out with paying the deposit

You can pay the deposit in full or installments over 2 months.  We will agree a plan and timeframe.

The final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the wedding date. 

We can send an invoice for customers who wish to pay via a credit or debit card or we also accept payment by BACS for the deposit. 

Final balance

Should you wish to pay the final balance in full or pay in monthly installments to spread the cost over 12 months, we can do this too, over an agreed period.  

All our bookings and cancellations are covered by our standard terms and conditions.

We are fully insured with employee and public liability insurance for all drivers & vehicles. Policy details can be found here.

 

Once the deposit and booking form has been completed you will receive an email or phone call to confirm the booking.
